Challenge

A leading global Fortune-500 pharmaceutical/biotech company client needed to replace obsolete processing equipment with new assets to create a bottling line to be used for the commercial packaging of their capsule and tablet dry product bottle portfolio.

Solution

Since the plan was to integrate new equipment with some existing equipment in the bottle line at their device assembly and packaging manufacturing site, our client knew it was essential to prepare for the installation with strong design documents. Valdes provided the design documents to guide the client in the installation and qualification of their equipment within an already existing facility.

Impact

Some of the challenges that Valdes engineers solved for this project included working around existing operations and minimizing the duration of construction. The design documents provided a solution for this client to upgrade their facility while limiting interruptions to production.
