Valdes Architecture & Engineering provided surveying and land services to support the feasibility evaluation and future development of the pipeline corridor. The Valdes team began with extensive document research at the County Recorder’s office to obtain deeds of record, easement documents, subdivision plats, and other reference materials needed to understand property ownership and existing land rights along the route.

Following landowner coordination, Valdes surveyors conducted detailed field surveys along the entire corridor. The team recorded corner monument positions, topography, existing improvements, underground utility locations, and tree locations while also verifying land boundaries and infrastructure throughout the route. These field findings were integrated with the collected records to develop a comprehensive survey deliverable illustrating existing conditions and boundary and easement lines along the proposed pipeline route.

After completing the survey compilation, Valdes’ Professional Land Surveyor prepared new legal descriptions for the proposed easement corridors. These descriptions provide the documentation necessary for landowner review and approval and support the acquisition of new land rights required for the pipeline extension.
